The Hideout - Central apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

Positive: Muy buena ubicación a 10-15min del centro caminando. Supermercado justo al lado. Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo. Muy bien equipado. Negative: Faltaba cafetera.

Nice apartment, poorly managed. Positive: The apartment is pleasant and well located, although it is not in the city center. Everything was clean. Negative: Check-in time was 4:00 PM. We arrived at 4:15 PM and the keys were not in the locker. When we called, we were told that cleaning had not been finished and that the apartment would be ready at 5:30 PM. We had to wait in the car. I understand that these things can happen, but what I don’t understand is not receiving even a simple apology from the manager and have a gesture the last day. At 5:30 PM the keys were in the locker. When we went to the garage to park the car and go up to the apartment, the garage remote control did not work. We called the manager again and he told me it had no batteries and that he would come the next day to replace them. Again, no apology. The next day nobody called me to change the batteries of the remote. I had to call again myself, and in the end he came on the last day to replace the batteries in the remote. 2 days to change the batteries The day before we left, we were informed that check-out was at 11:00 AM. When I told them that we were going to leave at 12:30 PM, they reminded us that check-out was at 11:00 AM. It would have been a thoughtful gesture, knowing that we had checked in 1 hour and 30 minutes late due to their delay, to allow us to leave 1 hour and 30 minutes later as well.
