Positive: Location couldn't be better. 5min walk to everything, ship terminal, town centre etc. Multiple bus stops very close, large Eurospar a few doors down. Doesn't look much from the outside but inside it is terrific, kitchen has everything you need, good size dining/living area, just as it looks in the photos. Instructions to find it and how to enter were detailed and included photos. Negative: Bar on next corner can be very noisy till late. If you are not able to carry your luggage up 2 flights of spiral stairs with narrow steps then you should stay elsewhere, do not expect a lift.

Fin og sentral leilighet i Tromsø Positive: Sentralt plassert med gangavstand til alt. Lys og fin leilighet, fint bad og åpen kjøkkenløsning som fungerer fint. Perfekt for to par på helgetur. Negative: Litt støy fra de nærmeste utestedene, men ikke mer enn man må forvente i Tromsø sentrum en helg.

Positive: The location of the apartment is perfect for visiting the downtown area, the museums, and reaching the meeting points for the different activities and tours offered in Tromso, typically 5 minutes on foot. Across the square, there is a small market open 24/7 (unfortunately, the grocery store across the street was closed during Easter vacation, as well as most of the restaurants). The apartment is spacious, very clean and quiet. Negative: The building entrance is dirty and scruffy - it makes you wonder what you have booked before you make it to the apartment, which is a world apart. Be aware that the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator and a steep, spiral staircase to reach it: this was not an issue for us, but it could be for other guests. No bathroom mat available, as reported in other reviews: a kind suggestion to the owner to please provide it.
